FAREWELL KAYLEE!
As we gather to bid farewell to a cherished colleague, it’s important to reflect on the impact they have made during their time with us. Saying goodbye is never easy, but it gives us an opportunity to celebrate their contributions and express our gratitude. Kaylee’s dedication and hard work have been instrumental in driving our organization forward and achieving our goals.
Here are just a few highlights:
- Professional Growth: Kaylee started with NMCTR as a volunteer, and then worked hard to become a PATH Intl Certified Therapeutic Riding Instructor. She became one of NMCTR’s most valued Instructors as she facilitated creative lessons that helped the riders achieve goals. She also became NMCTR’s Volunteer Coordinator for many years.
- Volunteer Program Leadership: With Kaylee’s creative ideas, she spearheaded several successful projects that have set new standards within our volunteer team and volunteer program. Her contributions to NMCTR’s Volunteer Program have paved a path to maintaining a successful volunteer program that can bring significant benefits to both the community and the volunteers involved.
- Team Collaboration: Kaylee fostered a spirit of collaboration and teamwork, making our workplace a more inclusive and supportive environment. She picked up shifts when staff members were sick, she volunteered her time to assist with events to help NMCTR raise money, and she encouraged everyone to be their best.
Beyond professional achievements, Kaylee has also left a personal mark on us all. Her kindness, humor, and camaraderie have made our days brighter. Her positive presence and unwavering support during challenging times, proved to be a true friend to us all.
Kaylee, as you embark on this new chapter, we wish you nothing but success and happiness. Your new journey is sure to be as impactful as your time with us at NMCTR. Remember, you will always have a family here who supports you and wishes you well. We hope to keep in touch and hear about all the exciting things you will accomplish. While farewells are bittersweet, they remind us of the lasting relationships we’ve built. We thank you for everything you’ve done and for being a wonderful part of our team. Here’s to new beginnings and the adventures that await you.
