Pilot Lesson Training 830am

Before we begin bringing riders back, we are requiring all volunteers that would like to assist with lessons attend a mandatory meeting at the new facility. This meeting will allow us to review facility rules, where to park, reminders as to how to work with someone with a disability, explain the layout and where things will occur such as tacking up, etc. After the meeting is over, we will invite anyone to stay and review/learn horse handling, tacking up english vs western, and/or sidewalking in a lesson. So if you are new or need a refresher in any of these areas, please plan on staying after the mandatory meeting.

We have scheduled THREE dates for the mandatory meeting. You do NOT need to attend all three, only one! Each meeting should be about an hour long. The refresher portion (which is optional if you have volunteered before) should last about an hour. Please sign up for whichever date is best for you, by sending Marie an email confirming your desired date. Also, if you will no longer be volunteering with us due to moving, schedule changes, etc. please let Marie know as well!  Marie’s email is nmctrvolunteercoordinator@gmail.com.

All lesson volunteers MUST attend a meeting on one of the following days, in order to volunteer for lessons:

• August 8th – 8:30am 
• August 17th – 8:30am 
• August 26th – 8:30am
