NMCTR hosted the 2018 PATH International Region 10 Conference. The conference was held May 18-20, 2018 and was a huge success. There were 90 attendees from all over the region (NM, CO, UT, WY, AZ).

Friday, the attendees checked in and went on a tour of the historical downtown Santa Fe. Saturday, the conference was held at The Drury Plaza Hotel in Santa Fe from 8am-5pm. There were continuing education classes for those interested to learn more about horses, fundraising, social media, therapeutic riding lessons, at-risk youth, different types of disabilities and so much more. During lunch, NMCTR’s Intern, Colin Holmes, gave a heartfelt speech about what equine assisted learning has done for him. Saturday evening, NMCTR hosted a catered dinner from Cowgirl’s BBQ with live music from Syd Masters and the Swing Riders. Sunday, the conference continued at Hipico of Santa Fe (where NMCTR resides) where the continuing education classes were interactive with equines.
